Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During sales, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.

Shipping & Delivery

We proudly ship all orders within Pakistan through Leopards Courier.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout. Occasionally, IronLeo may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your Leopards Courier tracking number.

You can track your shipment through the Leopards Courier tracking system.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, IronLeo delivers within Pakistan only.

We do not deliver to:

P.O. Box addresses
APO/FPO addresses
Areas not covered by Leopards Courier

If your location is outside the courier's delivery network, our customer support team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

If your package is lost during transit, we will coordinate with Leopards Courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
